For these two matters you could use the RoboBasket application, a Windows program which allows you to perform various file and folder operations based on several rules. You will be able to perform repetitive tasks with a single mouse click, thus saving time and effort.

After the installation process is complete and the user launches the application, he will be presented with an intuitive and practical interface. The first thing to do is to select the source folder, which will be used for performing operations. RoboBasket supports any kind of folder, no matter how many files it contains. After selecting the desired folder, one should define the rules. For this, he will just need to drag and drop the conditions that he wants to use, like moving or copying a file which is greater than a certain size or older than a certain date. Conditions are easy to configure and can be tested before they are actually applied, to make sure that everything will run smoothly.

After defining the desired rules and conditions, the user will be able to apply them just by clicking on the Organize Now button. Unfortunately, there is no option for scheduling a file operation to run at a certain hour or in a certain day.
